The NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) was created to provide people with disabilities the resources and opportunities to live life on their terms. At Triple Eight Care, we embrace this vision with a mission to ensure every participant experiences a care journey that is personal, transformative, and meaningful—not just for them, but for their families and communities. Guided by our motto, "One Team, Infinite Dreams," we show that through the dedication of one compassionate team, we can turn countless dreams into reality—empowering individuals and fostering inclusion with care and understanding.

Here’s how we make it happen:

  • We listen deeply to understand your experiences and unique goals.

  • We collaborate with you to design personalised services that build independence and confidence.

  • We support families by offering education, guidance, and peace of mind.

  • We break down barriers by educating communities to reduce stigma and celebrate diversity.

At Triple Eight Care, we don’t just provide services; we create a ripple effect of positivity. Together, we can redefine perceptions, foster inclusion, and help you achieve your NDIS goals with compassion and care.

Our Story

Triple Eight Care was founded by a passionate team of young, second-generation individuals who are proud members of the vibrant and supportive Asian community. Growing up in a family-oriented Vietnamese households, we have a deep understanding of the traditional values and mindsets shared by both current and past generations. We recognise that topics like mental health and disability have historically been misunderstood or overlooked within our community. Driven by a commitment to change, we strive to break through these barriers, working together to raise awareness and foster understanding around mental health and disability within the Asian community.

Growing up, we realised that many older generations within our community had difficulty understanding mental health and disability because there wasn’t much awareness about these issues. However, the reality is that mental health and disability are real challenges that affect many individuals. We’ve seen firsthand how this lack of understanding has left many people within our community feeling isolated and disconnected. We have personally experienced the anxiety that comes with these challenges, but we were fortunate to have the support of caring individuals who stood by us during difficult times.

Their support gave us the strength to overcome our struggles, and we recognise that many others within our community continue to face these issues without the same level of understanding and awareness.

This experience inspired us to create Triple Eight Care—a compassionate organisation committed to supporting individuals and giving back to the community. Our mission is to raise awareness about mental health and disability, and to break down the barriers that prevent open discussion and allow for understanding. Our goal is to normalise the conversations about mental health and disability, reduce stigma, and educate our community about the support systems that are available. At Triple Eight Care, we believe in not only providing essential resources but also building genuine relationships. Through understanding and care, we are committed to empowering our participants, their families, and our community to embrace support and live meaningful, fulfilling lives.
